To all of you out there who celebrate

Christmas I wish you a very Christmas.

For those that celebrate some other Holiday I

wish you the very best.It is my wish that we

all can come together and  have a peaceful day.

I read a shot story this morning that during the

battle of the bulge in WW Two some some

German and American troups called a short

truce and spent a peaceful Christmas together.

I do not know the truth of this but it is a

wonderful thought.

It brought to mind a story I heard as a kid. I am

from Louisiana. This was a hand me down story

about some troups…yankees and rebles who

did the same thing.For some reason I always

believed it because it shows the miracle of

Christmas….Have a wonder 24hours. Until Next

Let us take a few mintes to discuss growth.

Not business growth or physical growth,I

mean mental and spritual growth.

We all start out as babies,move through

childhood,move thtough teens, and move

to and through adulthood. We would all like

to live to a ripe old age. That does not always

happen so lets make the best of what we have.

All through  those years we have a choice to do

what is right or we can choose to do what is

wrong.The right choices brings on a maturity

that clarifies who we are and what we stand for.

Our growth depends on our thoughts

ideas ond our actions. Do what is in front

of you but do what is right. Leave the

results up to God as we understand Him.

Notice I said We.. That includes you,me,

and the rest of the 24hourteam,

Spritual growth is not just organized religion.

It is you being able to recognize an do what it

right…Use the Next 24 Hours to grow.

Remember …If you improve just 1% each day

in a years time you will have improved 365%.

Yesterday I Posted the A A Premamble.Not

only did I make several spelling mistakes and

some  mistakes  by leaving a  couple of lines out

a couple of lines. I apoligize to readers and now

I will correct those mistakes.

Alcoholics Anomynous is a fellowship

of men and women who share their

experience strength  and hope with each

other that they may solve their common

problem and help others to recover from

alcoholism.

The only requirement for membership is

a desire to stop drinking.

There are no dues or fees for A A

membership. We are self supporting

through our own contributions.

A A is not allied with any sect,

demonination,politics, organization or

insistitution,does not wish to engage in

any controversy,neither endorses nor

opposes any causes.

Our primary purpose is to stay sober and

help other  alcoholics  achieve soberity.

is a simple statement of what AA really stands

for. It covers what AA really is. In the early days

of the program indivual groups hhad their own

preamble.. The Grapevine was like a newsletter

then. Bill W.  the co-founder of AA ask someone

to write a description of AA and publish it in the

Grapevive. It caught on instantly and is still

read at most AA meeting world wide.

Holidays…

Do you Have any plan at all? 

In order to build a house you need a blueprint.

In order to open anu business you need a plan.

In order to do anything sucessfully it helps to

have some sort of  Plan.

In order to achieve Wealth and Happiness you

need a definate Plan. 

Along with that Plan you must….

One . Have an open mind.

Two . Get rid of your limiting  beliefs.

Three. You must take Action. Use a little Faith,

some  Desire, and a big chunk of Persistence. If

you can blend these simple ingredience you can

get successful results. Always think abundence

instead of lack..Do you know wht you want ?

If you can get a reasonable clarity of what you

want,then it becomes much eaiser.

Simple Prayer that may help.

Please change my out look on Life,Please remove

all old beliefs and the cobwebs in my mind that

limits my thinking.change my heart to think

abundence, peace, love,and joy.Thank You …

It has beed a custom in many U>S. towns for

many years to have an opening prayer to Bless

the players and the event.

Some time ago I wrtoe a post about a graduation

class in Iowa that sneezed in order to get th

audience is say God Bless You…Well it seems

that at a football game in Roame County High

School in Kingston Tennessee the principle

by the name of Jody MeLeod came on the PA

system and announced that it would be againist

a supreme court law to have an opening prayer

to Bless the event. He did say however if anyone

present felt inspirted to say their own prayer

please feel free to do so.The responce was

overwhelming.The crowd joined hands and

prayed. This still the good old U.S.A. Use the

next 24 hours to engage in some form of

prayer,This is and has always been a free

country. You can follow any religious beliefs

you choose ,just don’t try to run the next guy

down. God AS I Understand Him….covers a
